Rajeev used to work as a designer at our organisation, but soon showed interest in photography and we put him in charge of photo shoots and catalogues. He did an excellent job even without professional training. He then discussed with me that he would like to pursue a career in photography and wanted to take a proper degree course, which he did successfully. Once he finished his course we engaged him to do our photoshoots. His output was very good and as a person was always dedicated and result oriented.
